The Code of Civil Procedure numbered 6100 (“CCP”) came into force in Turkey on October 1,2011 and the former Code of Civil Procedure numbered 1086 (“Former CCP”) was abolished.

In Turkish Legal System In accordance with the CCP, the litigation process has particularly five stages:
- Pleadings or Petition exchanging,
- Preliminary examination,
- Discovery or Court investigation,
- Trial or Hearing,
- Appeal.
